Temperature log form for refrigerators, freezers and cold rooms
A printable form for logging refrigerator, freezer and cold room temperatures by hand. The columns are the ones an inspector expects to see in a record: when it was measured, where, how much, what the limit is, who measured, and what was done if the reading was out of range. Print one sheet per unit or one per day, and file the sheets in the business's HACCP folder.
The logging frequency is set by the business's own control plan. A reading outside the limit gets a corrective action on the same line: stock moved, technician called, product discarded, and who did it.

This form can fill itself in
A probe inside every fridge, a cellular controller on the wall, and every line of this table is written automatically, with a timestamp, at the interval you set. A reading past the limit sends an alert instead of waiting for the next round, and the history exports to Excel for the period the inspector asks for.
