Real-Time Inventory Visibility

See exact fill levels across all silos and tanks from any device. Know precisely how much feed, grain, or material you have at any moment without climbing ladders or manual measurements.

Automatic Refill Detection

The system automatically detects and logs every refill event with timestamp, quantity added, and supplier delivery. Create a complete audit trail without any manual data entry.

Low Stock Alerts

Set custom thresholds for each container and receive instant alerts via SMS, email, or app notification when levels drop. Never run out of critical materials again.

Consumption Analytics

Track daily, weekly, and monthly consumption patterns. Forecast when you'll need to reorder and optimize purchasing based on actual usage data.

Sensor Technologies

Choose the right sensor technology for your application

80GHz Radar Level Sensors

Non-contact measurement ideal for dusty environments, powders, and granular materials. Unaffected by temperature, pressure, or dust.

  • ±2mm accuracy up to 30m range
  • Narrow 4° beam angle
  • Works through dust and vapor
  • Ideal for feed, grain, flour, cement

Choosing a Silo Level Monitoring System

How to match the right silo level sensor to your material, container, and operation

The right silo measurement system starts with the material you store. For feed, grain, flour, and other powders and granules, an 80GHz radar level sensor is the practical default. It measures without contact, reads through dust, and is unaffected by temperature or vapor. For liquids, and where you need to verify a delivered quantity by weight, a load cell system measures mass directly.

Container shape matters as much as material. Tall, narrow silos need the focused 4° beam of a radar sensor to avoid false echoes from the walls. Squat bins and open tanks are more forgiving. For grain silo level measurement across many structures, one radar sensor per silo reporting to a single dashboard replaces manual dipping and ladder climbs.

Whatever silo measuring devices you choose, the value is in continuous data: automatic refill logging, low-stock alerts, and consumption trends that turn raw level readings into reorder decisions. The guide below compares radar, ultrasonic, load cell, and capacitive technologies side by side so you can match the sensor to your site.
