What we do before and after delivery

  • We connect the sensors to the controller and register them before shipping.
  • We set up the dashboard and configure the alerts with you in the cloud. You can change them at any time.
  • The cloud subscription is included, with a cellular SIM on 4G controllers.
  • After delivery we hold a remote onboarding call. In Israel we also install on site.

Omni Genesis Lite takes one sensor, Omni Genesis four and Omni Exodus six. Expansion adds more. For anything not listed here, tell us what you need to measure and we will put the system together.

What goes where

  1. Probes and sensors

    A stainless temperature probe (-55 to +125°C, IP68) for fridges, freezers and product, or a temperature and humidity sensor where humidity matters as well.

  2. One controller for several points

    The Omni Genesis takes up to four sensors and reports over cellular with a SIM included, or over Wi-Fi. A single fridge can run on the smaller Omni Genesis Lite.

  3. Ranges set in the cloud

    Each point gets a minimum, a maximum and an allowed time out of range. You change them in the cloud at any time.

Questions about temperature monitoring

What temperature range can the sensors monitor?
The stainless probe measures from -55 to +125°C, which covers freezers, fridges and cooking steps. The temperature and humidity sensor measures from -40 to +80°C and 0 to 100% RH.

How does temperature monitoring help with food safety records?
Every reading is stored with its time, and each point has its range and allowed time out of range. Before an inspection you export the history of any point and period to Excel instead of collecting paper logs.

What happens if the power goes out?
The controller runs on a rechargeable battery, so it keeps measuring, storing readings and sending alarms. The history shows when the temperature started to rise and how fast.

Can I monitor several locations from one dashboard?
Yes. Several controllers at different sites report to the same account, and each point keeps its own name, range and history.

How quickly do alarms arrive?
An alarm goes out once a reading has stayed out of range longer than the time you allow. The controller reports as often as you set, down to once a minute.
