Understanding Cell Constant
The EC-120 supports three selectable cell constants to match your application:
- K=0.1 (0.2-200 µS/cm): Ultra-pure water, deionized water, boiler condensate
- K=1.0 (2-10,000 µS/cm): General process water, brackish water, aquaculture
- K=10.0 (20-100,000 µS/cm): Seawater, brine, high-strength industrial effluents, mining water
