Thank you for shopping with Agrinovo. We take pride in the quality of our IoT sensors and controllers. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only. Due to the technical nature of our products and hygiene considerations for sensors that may come into contact with water, soil, or other materials, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or compatibility issues.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be defective or not functioning as described
- You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
- You must provide clear evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or detailed description)
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. If you require a different product, please place a new order.
Defective Product Process
If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue
- Provide supporting evidence such as photographs or videos demonstrating the defect
- Our technical team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps
Important: We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product to our facility for inspection before issuing a replacement. In such cases, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Replacement products will be shipped once we receive and verify the defective item.
Return Shipping
For approved defective product returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package
We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return is processed.
Refunds
For verified defective products, we offer the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement: A new product of the same model will be shipped to you
- Store Credit: Credit for future purchases on our website
- Refund: In certain circumstances, a full or partial refund to the original payment method
Refunds, when issued, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Consumable items (calibration solutions, replacement membranes, electrolytes)
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect
- Products damaged due to exposure to conditions outside specified operating parameters
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
- Custom-configured or special-order items
Warranty
All Agrinovo products come with a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration varies by product and is specified on the product page. Warranty claims are subject to the same defective product process outlined above.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from power surges or incorrect power supply
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Consumable components (batteries, membranes, calibration solutions)
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend contacting us before shipping to receive specific instructions for your region.
