The MLSS-110 is a digital self-cleaning sludge concentration sensor purpose-built for wastewater treatment process control. Installation and Maintenance
The MLSS-110 mounts with a railing-mount bracket using DN32 pipe. Position the sensor fully submerged in the aeration basin or process tank, away from areas with excessive air bubbles or direct turbulence from diffusers.
Self-Cleaning: The optional automatic wiper is highly recommended for MLSS applications where sludge can quickly foul optical surfaces. Wiper interval is adjustable via Modbus registers.
Calibration: Factory-calibrated for immediate deployment. Single-point slope correction and multi-point calibration with standard solutions are available for site-specific optimization.
