Omni Cloud Subscription

Omni Cloud is Agrinovo's cloud platform that powers all Genesis and Exodus controllers. This page outlines the subscription terms, connectivity options, included features, and service conditions.
Important: An active Omni Cloud subscription is required for Genesis and Exodus controllers to function. The controllers cannot operate without a cloud connection.
1. Connectivity Options
Genesis and Exodus controllers connect to Omni Cloud via one of the following methods:
WiFi
Connect using your existing WiFi network. No additional hardware or SIM required.
4G-LTE Cellular
For facilities without WiFi. Agrinovo provides a global roaming SIM card with a 4G-LTE module.
SIM Card Details
- SIM cards are fully managed by Agrinovo — no customer setup required.
- One-time SIM activation fee: $5 USD.
- Data usage is included in the cloud subscription fee (up to 5 MB/month per device). Under normal operating conditions, devices typically consume less than 3 MB/month.
- Global roaming coverage. For specific country availability, contact our support team.
2. Pricing
Omni Cloud subscription plans are tailored to each customer based on the number of devices and specific requirements. Volume discounts are available — the more devices on your account, the lower the per-device cost.

International subscriptions are invoiced in USD.
3. What's Included
Every Omni Cloud subscription includes full access to the platform and its features:
Web & Mobile Dashboard
Monitor all your devices from any browser or mobile device.
Historical Data & Reports
Access historical graphs and generate detailed reports.
Real-Time Alerts
In-app and push notifications when sensor thresholds are crossed.
Remote Configuration
Adjust transmission intervals and sensor settings remotely.
Multi-User Access
Invite team members to collaborate on shared dashboards.
Data Export
Export data as CSV, Excel, or PNG. API access available upon request.
OTA Firmware Updates
Receive firmware updates over-the-air — no manual intervention needed.
GIS Map & Locations
View devices on a map and manage aquaculture containers geographically.
4. Billing & Commitment
- Subscriptions are billed annually. Alternative billing arrangements may be available upon request.
- Minimum commitment period: 12 months.
- Payment is accepted via bank transfer (same terms as hardware purchases).
- Plan upgrades or downgrades can be made mid-cycle.
No free trial. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges having reviewed the Omni Cloud platform and understands its features, capabilities, and limitations.
5. Non-Payment
If a subscription payment is overdue:
- A 30-day notice will be sent to the account holder as a payment reminder.
- If payment is not received within the 30-day period, access to the Omni Cloud platform will be suspended.
- Suspended devices will not transmit or receive data until the subscription is renewed.
6. Cancellation & Data
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, please note that Genesis and Exodus controllers cannot function without an active cloud subscription.
- Before cancellation, customers may export all their data from the platform.
- After cancellation, access to the dashboard is revoked. However, historical data is retained — if the customer reactivates their subscription, their data will be available again.
7. Service Level
- Uptime guarantee: 99.8%, excluding scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues. Customers will be notified in advance of any planned downtime.
- Support response time: Within 12 hours of inquiry.
- Field support: On-site technical support is available in Israel only.
